Charge you for no reason
I cancelled my membership while ago , they charged me again and again i had to contact them , they didn't help me , they said read whole card number for us and i did , they said this card number is not in our file ! if is not in your file how do you charging me ?!
they said contact to your bank there is nothing we can do , when i contacted my bank they said we can't access to information , we will try to contact them , i had to block this website . still investigate on it .

How can you do better? Wow!
That's a loaded question. You offer a 7 day free trial or the persons card will start being charged each month. When I tried to cancel membership before the trial was up, there is absolutely no way of doing so. Every number is out of service.
That's bs. Not to mention it starts out as supposedly creditscore.com and also a part of Experian but turns out to be you guys. None of which is disclosed. Experian doesn't even affiliate you guys.
It's just a big scam. Sad, you are tricking so many people. People like me, whom are on disability. Thanks a *** ton for screwing me over.

My credit score is showing on my credit report
I can't see my credit score because it keep saying i don't have one. I keep getting messages saying look at my score and everytime i log in the app it says i don't have a credit score so what's going on why can't i see my credit score

I thought I was calling Experian but got this fraudulent company. I contacted my bank when I received nothing they said they would send.
My money was refunded on less than 24 hours.
They have been sued and paid out a large sum. How they can still scam is beyond my understanding.

Disappointed consumer
The subway coupons are not being accepted at any of the subway locations I have been to a few and none accepted the coupons
Can not talk to a real person.
If my credit is frozen I don't remember my pen and experience does not even acknowledge I exist. tThey keep sending me to their website which runs into circles which runs into automated messages and I cannot talk to anybody about it super frustrated. Experience is supposed to protect us from the crooks they are the crooks.

Opt out of marketing info given to me, especially offers of credit cards.to add debt
I do not want to receive marketing info from Credit Bureaus and I especially don't need to see cards that are possibly available to me when I go into my acct. I am there to watch my credit, improve my credit score and I don't need an offer of another credit card. It simply encourages mire spending.
Please opt me out of all marketing materials via email, text, or on the website when I'm checking my credit info.

I need help logging in with new email
s needed to change log in addressI need a copy of my credit report due to a claim that came from my Farmers bank. You have my old email address that I can't use from previous employer to log in but I don't know how to change it because all the recording does is ask about my password. I just need to have my report and apply my new email which is: aabarnes@***.k12.in.us

I have been signed up with Experian for two or three months now and I could never get logged in. I change my password.
They tell me the password is accepted. I go right back to sign in and it will not accept my password. Ive been through probably six passwords and they never work.
However experience says theyre all fine but I cant get logged in. And of course I can never get to an actual person when I called in.

The Discover site says no charge to get my credit rating and gives myFico to contact. They want a credit card fee.
Experian charges a fee contrary to what Discover says.
